Each output device that has a setup in the software has a hot folder. The hot folder stores all the files that are queued up for that output device. By default, hot folders install to the C:\Program Files\[Software]\Jobs folder.
The software continuously monitors each hot folder. Whenever you copy or move a job into a hot folder, it is automatically added to the Hold Queue.
The file you want to add must be of a supported file type. See Appendix: Supported File Formats for the list of supported file types.
To send a job from an external application directly to the hold queue, do one of the following:
