Exporting Presets

To export the current settings to a preset file:

1. Create the presets you want to export. See Creating Presets for more information.
2. Close the Job Properties dialog.
3. From the File menu, select Export Preset.

   

4. Select the Printer Model.
5. Select the presets you want to export.
6. If desired, check Export as Read Only. See Read-Only Presets for more information.

   If this box is checked, the presets export as read-only.

7. Click Export.
8. Choose the location for the exported presets and click OK.
