Adjusting Gradient Stripes Using DesignCentral

When gradient stripes are applied to objects, the following attributes can be adjusted in DesignCentral:

Gradient

Indicates the currently selected stripe type. Other options are Radiant and Circular.

Specifies the number of stripes on the objects.

Determines the percentage of the image to be covered with stripes (0 to 100%). This value changes the width of the stripes, but not the number.

This field is disabled when Vary stripes and gap is selected from the Gap mode dropdown list.

 

Per cent: 20%

Per cent: 50%

Per cent: 80%

Sets the angle of the stripes.

 

Angle: 0 degrees

Angle: 45 degrees

Angle: 90 degrees

Determines the degree of the stripe gradient (0 to 100%).

This value is disabled when Even Stripes and Gap is selected from the Gap Mode dropdown list.

Gap Mode

 

Even Stripes and Gap

Keeps the stripes and gap width constant.

Vary Stripes

Changes the stripe width to produce a gradient effect. The gap width remains constant.

Changes both stripe width and gap width to produce a gradient effect.
